Description

The City of Malden is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of improvements at Gennetti Park. The project scope includes repairing and painting existing play equipment, adding new play equipment, repairing and adding chain link fencing and a gate, replacing benches, installing new curbing and edging around the playground, installing resilient rubber playground surfacing in two colors, white line painting at the basketball court, and new hopscotch and four-square painted play areas. Bids must be submitted in hardcopy to the Office of Strategic Planning & Community Development at Malden City Hall by June 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 21, 2026, onsite at Pearl Street Park.
