Description

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified professional firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and perform a wide range of small construction projects. Tasks include minor construction, installations, repairs, alterations, emergency repair, general maintenance, minor renovations, site work, grading, excavation, sidewalk and concrete work, minor demolition, interior and exterior finishes, fence installation, stormwater and utility systems work, flooring, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry, cabinet and countertop installation, and door hardware installation or replacement. Future projects may require bonding. The award basis is contractors scoring 90 or higher on evaluations.
