Description

H-GAC is seeking a qualified contractor to develop a regional, behavior-based Freight and Commercial Vehicle Model to be implemented within the OpenPaths CUBE and AGENT platforms. The model will use the 2025 TxDOT Establishment / Commercial Vehicle Survey as the primary local data source and will be integrated with the region's existing disaggregate four-step travel demand modeling framework. The project includes tasks such as project management, data review, model development, calibration, validation, integration, documentation, training, and compliance. Deliverables include management plans, analysis reports, integration documentation, user manuals, and certification documents.
