Description
The Department of Land & Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife, is seeking support for the Koa Wilt Resistant Seed Orchard Project. The project involves establishing and maintaining koa disease-resistant seed orchards across multiple Hawaiian islands to produce improved koa seeds. Vendors must be compliant with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) and include all transportation costs and applicable Oahu Island General Excise Tax in their quotations. The scope of work and vendor requirements are detailed in Attachment A.
