The City of Winter Springs is requesting proposals for the construction and installation of approximately 4,800 linear feet of 8-inch reclaimed water main along specified routes, including 1,300 linear feet from the intersection of Blumberg Boulevard and Tuskawilla Road to Fanning Drive, and 3,500 linear feet along Michael Blake Blvd connecting to an existing 12-inch reclaimed water main at SR 434. This project is partially funded by a State of Florida Appropriation Request, and proposers must comply with the conditions of the Grant Agreement.
