This RFP is seeking approximately 6,900 square feet of usable office space, with consideration for spaces ranging from 5,900 to 7,900 square feet, located in Framingham, Marlborough, Natick, Newton, Sudbury, Wayland, or Weston. The lease term is for 10 years. The premises will house a CPCS Public Defender Division, which provides legal representation to clients in criminal and certain non-criminal proceedings, primarily in Suffolk County court facilities. The office is expected to receive approximately 1-2 visitors per day.
