The Bridgeton Board of Education is requesting proposals for a comprehensive language arts program to serve as the main resource for their English as a Second Language (ESL) curriculum. The program must support reading, writing, listening, and speaking, and provide various levels of support for bilingual ESL students at different stages of language acquisition.
