The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to replace three HVAC units and five programmable digital thermostats at the Aids to Navigation Team (ANT) Long Island Sound facility in New Haven, Connecticut. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Base Boston and Sector Long Island Sound (Aids to Navigation Team) - Products/Services Requested: - Replacement of three outdoor air-cooled HVAC condensing units - Must match existing system tonnage, BTU capacity, voltage, and phase - Must meet or exceed current minimum efficiency standards (SEER rating) - Must be compatible with existing indoor equipment - Replacement of five programmable digital thermostats - Must be compatible with installed HVAC systems - Proper mounting, wiring, programming, and testing required - Turnkey removal and disposal of existing HVAC units and thermostats - Installation includes refrigerant line sets, filter driers, service disconnects, electrical whip connections, mounting pads, vibration isolation pads, anchoring hardware, and reconnection to existing ducted systems - Refrigerant recovery and disposal per EPA regulations - Pressure testing, evacuation, charging, and commissioning of HVAC systems - One-year labor warranty and manufacturer warranties required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with Service Contract Act wage determinations - EPA refrigerant recovery and compliance with all relevant codes - All labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, permits, and incidentals must be provided by the contractor - Work must be completed within 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; products must match existing specifications and standards - Place of Performance: - USCG ANT Long Island Sound, 120 Woodward Ave, New Haven, CT 06512-3628

CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, REFRIGERANTS, ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, CONTROLS, SUPERVISION, TRANSPORTATION, TOOLS, PERMITS AND INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE REPLACEMENT OF 3 HVAC UNITS AND 5 THERMOSTATS AT USCG ANT LIS, NEW HAVEN, CT 06512-3628 PER THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK.
