The U.S. Army, through the Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, is seeking contractors to provide Cybersecurity Engineering and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support Services for the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Aberdeen Test Center, Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) - Services Requested: - Cybersecurity Engineering and RMF Support Services for ATC systems (LAN, LIN, STE, T&EN) - RMF analysis, planning, execution, and maintenance of Authority to Operate (ATO) - Review of engineering changes, configuration management, architectural support, cybersecurity requirements assessment, security controls implementation and monitoring, and authorization activities - Key personnel requirements: - IT Solutions Architect Sr (CISSP, 5+ years RMF experience) - IT Certified Professionals (Security+ or CASP/SecurityX, 3+ years RMF experience) - Surge position for Top Secret environments (3+ years experience with classified documentation) - All roles require experience with Windows, Linux, and Apple platforms, and both unclassified and classified environments - Security and Compliance: - Secret security clearance required - Adherence to DoD cybersecurity policies, DISA STIG, NIST, and FISMA compliance - Performance Location: - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland (Aberdeen Test Center) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the requirements - Estimated labor hours for each key personnel role: 2,040 hours - Period of performance includes a base year and four option years

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and  other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Cybersecurity Engineering and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support Services except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
