The United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point is seeking a contractor to provide, install, and maintain a fleet of 367 commercial off-the-shelf Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) and related services across multiple federal and military facilities. - Government Buyer: - United States Military Academy (USMA), Chief Information Officer/G6 - Contracting managed by Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) - Products/Services Requested: - 367 leased MFDs, including: - 29 monochrome MFDs (40 ppm, no CaC) - 212 color MFDs (40 ppm minimum, no CaC) - 28 monochrome MFDs (40 ppm, with CaC) - 98 color MFDs (40 ppm minimum, with CaC) - Services include delivery, installation, training, preventive and unscheduled maintenance, toner resupply, hard drive removal, device relocation, and trouble ticket management - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Devices must comply with DISA STIGs and support IPv6 networking - Support for Common Access Card (CaC) authentication on select devices - Contract allows for addition/removal of devices and accessories as needs or technology change - Service coverage includes USMA, US Army Garrison West Point, Keller Army Hospital, Logistics Readiness Center, and Camp Buckner Training Facility - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - The contract period is one base year plus four option years (total 5 years)

Description

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, for the provision of Multi-Functional Devices in support the United States Military Academy(USMA). The equipment will provide administrative functionality to copy, scan administrative documents as required by numerous departments under the academy and also support various agencies which the CIO/G6 supports. The contractor shall provide for delivery, set-up and training of the Multi-functional devices(MFD) and provide for maintenance and resupply of toner.

The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The contractor shall provide and install all systems within locations defined by the CIO/G6 and provide for standard preventive maintenance service, and toner as needed. The contractor shall provide for unscheduled maintenance support and management of trouble tickets generated by the user representative. This contract includes delivery, installation, recovery (during turn-in inspection/removing equipment), maintenance, repair and/or replacement, hard drive removal, training, and diagnostic service calls to the USMA, USAG-WP, LRC, and KACH users and locations of these devices. During the life of the contract, the Government expects to add or remove an undetermined number of MFDs and accessories as requirements and technology change. Additionally, during the lifetime of the contract, the USMA CIO/G6, as the prime executive agent of this contract, anticipates that all devices may require relocation from the initial placement location. The vendor will be required to provide relocation services to ensure that devices remain fully operational.
