Description

The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement and is requesting quotations for the following part: Item 1) 5965 01-F20-5990 MODIFICATION KIT, 100KOH MFG NAME: H S ASSOCIATES CORP PART NBR: B-3794 Qty: 25 Description: Modification kit, 100KOH. Individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, cushioned in a double layer of 3/4 inch bubble wrap, and packed in an appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 double-wall fiberboard box. Failure to meet the packing, packaging, marking, and bar coding requirements will result in warehouse rejection, and items will be shipped back to the vendor. Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129R except bar coding shall be in accordance with ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology. Note: Brand name part is mandatory to be considered for award. Offers of “equal” products must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in this solicitation. The USCG will determine if an alternate part is acceptable. Synopsis/Solicitation Details: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, effective 10/1/2025, FAC Number 2025-06, as supplemented. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 333998, with a business size standard of 500 employees. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Award Basis: The USCG intends to award on an all-or-none basis to a responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous to the government. The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
