Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) is seeking proposals for a turnkey replacement of food service serving lines at four elementary campuses. - Government Buyer: - Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD), Director of Purchasing: Lauren Zotz - OEMs and Vendors: - Multiteria is the specified OEM for serving line equipment, or approved equivalents - No other specific OEMs or vendors are named; solicitation is open to all qualified suppliers - Products/Services Requested: - Food service equipment (serving lines) for Crockett, Franklin, Milam, and Zundy Elementary campuses - Multiteria Essence Cashier Cart or equal (3 units total) - Multiteria Essence Frost Top Cart or equal (1 unit) - Multiteria Essence Hot Well unit or equal (3 units total) - Multiteria Essence Utility Cart or equal (1 unit) - Multiteria Essence Cold Well Cart or equal (1 unit) - Freight for goods - Installation for project by factory authorized installer - Services: - Removal and haul-off of existing serving lines - Complete installation, startup, and operational testing of new serving lines at each campus - Final electrical and plumbing connections by factory authorized installer - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All-inclusive pricing (equipment, freight, delivery, installation, and incidental materials/services) - Mandatory bid bonds for all submitting vendors; payment and performance bonds for awarded vendors - Vendors must verify site conditions and measurements - Proposed equipment equivalents or substitutions must be clearly documented for equivalency or superiority - Installation must be performed by factory authorized installers - Campus-specific requirements include electrical specs, serving tray slide height, hot well controls, and configuration details - Project must comply with federal, state, and local procurement requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200 and 7 CFR Part 210 - The district may award to one or multiple vendors, in whole or in part, and may request additional cost or pricing information - Delivery/Installation Locations: - Crockett Elementary, Franklin Elementary, Milam Elementary, Zundy Elementary (all in Wichita Falls, TX) - Contracting Office: - WFISD Purchasing Department, Wichita Falls, TX

Description

Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) is soliciting proposals for the purchase and installation of food service equipment to replace serving lines at Crockett, Franklin, Milam, and Zundy Elementary campuses. This turnkey project includes removal of existing serving lines, provision of new equipment, delivery, installation, startup, testing, and all labor and materials necessary for a complete and fully operational system. The project is funded in whole or in part through the Child Nutrition Program and must comply with applicable federal, state, and local procurement requirements. The District anticipates project completion during Summer 2026 and will award to the vendor(s) providing the best value in accordance with procurement regulations.
