Description

This project involves the installation of a pre-manufactured restroom building at the Freeland Park project site. The scope includes sitework, grading, walkways, concrete paved ADA compliant parking spaces, exterior and parking area lighting, utility connections to the building, and septic system installation, as detailed in the contract documents, specifications, drawings, and in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including the Standard 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction where applicable. The pre-manufactured restroom building has been procured by the County. The vendor will set the precast building unit onto the site. The contractor is responsible for preparing the site, and rough-in and finishing all utility connections.
