Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that certain producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review from February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. Additionally, it preliminarily determines that certain companies for which a review was initiated did not have any shipments during the period of review. The department is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to 158 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
