Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that the sale made by Essen Steel Industry L.L.C. is a non-bona fide sale. As a result, the Department is rescinding the new shipper review for prestressed concrete steel wire strand from the United Arab Emirates. The decision is based on evidence including sales timing, price, and quantity. No bona fide sales were made during the period of review, so the rescission applies. The antidumping duty order on this merchandise remains unchanged, and entries will be assessed at the all-others rate.
