The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Suitability Executive Agent Programs, is proposing to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to renew a previously approved information collection, Optional Form 306 (OF 306), Declaration for Federal Employment, without change. This form is completed by applicants under consideration for Federal or Federal contract employment and is used to determine a person's acceptability for employment, retirement status, and life insurance enrollment.
