WBI Energy Transmission, Inc. is conducting a scoping period to request public comments on environmental issues related to the proposed Line Section 32 Expansion Project. The project involves constructing and operating a 17-mile-long, 24-inch-diameter interstate natural gas transmission pipeline and associated facilities in Williams and McKenzie Counties, North Dakota. The purpose is to provide incremental firm transportation service to Bason Electrics new Bison Generation Station.
