Description

On April 13, 2026, the Secretary of Energy issued a Determination adding Thailand to the generally authorized destinations list for exports of controlled nuclear technology and assistance under DOE's regulation on Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities. This Determination allows for general authorization status for Thailand to cover exports of Part 810-controlled nuclear technology and assistance, provided no sensitive nuclear technology or activities requiring specific authorization are involved. The Determination is published by the Department of Energy and includes reporting requirements for such exports.
