The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review two initial determinations issued by the presiding administrative law judge terminating the investigation with respect to the remaining respondents based on settlement. The investigation involved allegations of patent infringement related to certain integrated circuits, electronic devices containing the same, and components thereof. The respondents included NVIDIA Corporation, Qualcomm Incorporated, OnePlus Technology, and Nothing Technology Limited. The investigation is hereby terminated following settlements and motions to terminate by the parties involved.
