Description

The Town of Apex is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide cemetery burial management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for internments and burial services, memorial installation and maintenance, and maintaining records of work completed and invoicing the Town. The Town will serve as the point of contact for estates initiating the internment process or other plot services at the cemetery. The contract is expected to be a five-year agreement with options for two additional one-year extensions, including a 5% annual fee increase starting in 2027.
