Procurement of Network and Cabling Installation Materials for Delivery to Germany

The Department of Defense, Department of the Army, 409th Contracting Support Battalion is seeking installation materials for a large-scale network and cabling infrastructure project in Germany. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Army, 409th Contracting Support Battalion (CSB), Theater Contracting Center - Products Requested: - Extensive cabling and network infrastructure materials - Cable channels, covers, dividers, end pieces, corners, and mounting accessories - Cat6 and Cat6a network cables, patch panels, RJ45 modules, patch cords - Fiber optic cables (single mode and multimode), patch panels, patch cords, connectors - Network cabinets (19" rack, 42 HE, fully assembled) - Cable trays, dividers, power cables (NYM-grey, VDE0100 approved) - Spray paints (red, violet) and acrylic primer for finishing - Quantities range from 2 (network cabinets) to 15,000 (Cat6 network cable) units - Specific technical requirements for compatibility, dimensions, and standards (e.g., VDE0100, OSI, OM4, IP44) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; products must meet industry standards and technical specifications - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All materials must be compatible with each other and fit specified dimensions - Fiber optic cables and patch panels must comply with US color code and OSI standards - Network cabinets require overvoltage protection, grounding bar, and lock systems - Delivery is to Germershiem, Germany (OCONUS location) - Vendors must complete technical specification columns and follow detailed instructions in the solicitation attachments

Description

The 409th CSB, Theater Contracting Center is publishing this Solicitation for Installation Materials. Please see Attachment 1 Technical Specifications. The supplies listed need to perform to industry standards and require on time delivery to an OCONUS location in Germany. Pay attention to the instructions listed in the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All quoters shall complete columns G-L in Attachment 1.
