Description
Salt Lake County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide design consulting services for a new Midvale Library located at approximately 362 W Center Street, Midvale, UT 84047. The County intends to hire an Architectural/Engineering Team to be the Architect of Record. The project includes Phase 1 Programming with potential for Phase 2 Build Out services depending on funding. Proposals must be submitted by June 3, 2026, and an optional virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on May 20, 2026.
