Description

This solicitation is for the disposal or proper transfer of radioactive sources, specifically (14) Berthold P 2608-100 sources containing up to 2.1 millicuries of Co-60 each, and devices LB300IRL Type II. The materials will be picked up from Springfield, IL, and must be disposed of or transferred to a licensed entity in accordance with U.S. NRC or Agreement State regulations. Vendors must be licensed and compliant with relevant regulations, and subcontractors are not allowed. Bidders must bid on all line items to be considered responsive.
