Description

La Ville de Richelieu is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of a used backhoe loader from 2023 or newer with a maximum of 2,500 hours. Submission documents are available exclusively through the Quebec government's electronic tendering system (SEAO) starting May 13, 2026. Sealed bids (one original and one electronic copy on USB) must be submitted to the City Hall reception by June 1, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened in the City Hall council room immediately after the deadline in the presence of at least two witnesses. The City of Richelieu does not commit to accepting the lowest or any bid.
