Operate a full service dining facility in building 8-72 located on Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pa 17003. Provide breakfast meals,  lunch meals, dinner meals and box lunch meals for students of the 166th Regional Training Institute, the Eastern Army National Guard Aviation Training Site and  for Soldiers on Inactive Duty Training and Annual Training for the 166th Regional Training Institute from the period 1 June 2026 through 31 January 2031.
