  • Contractors must provide certified technicians with at least 3 years of recent experience servicing fitness equipment

  • No markup allowed on parts; pricing proposals must be in Korean Won
  • Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) required with offer
  • Contract includes a one-year base period with four one-year option periods (potential total of five years)

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform monthly preventive maintenance and repairs on fitness equipment in Kunsan Air Base. This effort covers all equipment currently located in Building 1055 (Fitness Center), as well as any additional equipment added during the period of performance, as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
