The following is a combined Sources Sought for two separate but similar requirements. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District intends to solicit and award two Design-Bid-Build (DBB) new construction contracts at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri for the new construction of a Field Training Detachment Facility (FTD) and a Weapons Load Trainer (WLT). The Government proposes to issue a single firm fixed price type contract for each project.
