The U.S. Air Force, through the 92d Contracting Squadron at Fairchild Air Force Base, is seeking a contractor to supply aviation gasoline (AV GAS 100 LL) and related refueling services to support the SkyFest Air Show at Fairchild AFB. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command - 92d Contracting Squadron (92 CONS LGC), Fairchild AFB, WA - Products Requested: - AV GAS 100 LL aviation gasoline (up to 3,000 gallons total) - Multiple line items for specific airshow acts (quantities: 30 to 2,000 gallons per line item) - Fuel must meet ASTM D910 standards - Services Requested: - Delivery and handling of AV GAS 100 LL to Fairchild AFB - Refueling support, including provision of a refueling vehicle and operator for three days - Aircraft refueling upon arrival, after performances, and prior to departure - Cleanup and hazardous waste management for any fuel spills - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide insurance coverage of at least $1 million - Compliance with all safety, FAR, and DoD requirements - 60-day price hold period - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 324110 - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or fuel brands are named; any supplier able to provide AV GAS 100 LL to ASTM D910 may compete - Place of Performance: - Fairchild Air Force Base, WA (primary delivery and refueling location)
