PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Acquisition Management System (AMS) procurement guidance, T3.13.1 Other Administrative Procedures Revised 4/2025 Press Release and Public Announcement of Award Revised 7/2021 - c.   

The purpose of this public announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to award Contract 693KA9-26-D-00005 to Guide House, 1676 International Drive, Suite 800 Mclean, VA 22102. The resulting contract will provide support to ASH, which has the primary responsibility within the FAA for security and critical-infrastructure protection, emergency operations, contingency planning, intelligence activities, and the safe transportation of hazardous materials in air commerce.

The contract type is a hybrid - Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) – Fixed Price with Material (T&M) and Cost Reimbursement CLINs.  The contract value is $89,927,583.92.  The contract is for a five (5) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods from May 19, 2026 through May 18, 2031, if all options are exercised.
