The U.S. Air Force at Tyndall Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide OSHA-certified load testing, inspection, and certification services for aircraft lifting equipment in accordance with ASME standards. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 325th Fighter Wing, 325 MXS CCRA, Contracting Office: 325 CONS PKP at Tyndall AFB - Products/Equipment to be Serviced: - Endless Twin Path Slings (TPXC1000): 12 units - Endless Twin Path Slings (TPXC1500): 30 units - F-16 Sling (GWT30): 1 unit - SPBR1 Struts (STRUT1, STRUT2, STRUT3): 1 unit each - SPBR1 End Links (END LINK1, END LINK2): 1 unit each - 8 Ton Shackles: 2 units - Services Requested: - OSHA-certified load testing, inspection, and certification documentation for all listed lifting equipment - Compliance with ASME B30.9 (Slings), ASME B30.20 (Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices), and ASME B30.26 (Shackles) - Pickup of equipment from Tyndall AFB by required date - Adherence to base access security protocols (background checks, identification) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict compliance with ASME and OSHA standards - Technical and past performance evaluations required - Wage determination and labor compliance per SBA set-aside - Period of Performance: - Approximately one month, with equipment pickup required by specified date and work to be performed during normal duty hours - Place of Performance: - Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida (multiple specific facility addresses)
