Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16), intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to ScriptPro, LLC, 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, KS 66202, for the upgrade of all ScriptPro pharmacy automation systems, associated hardware components, and proprietary software to a Windows 11 compliant platform. This procurement will be made under the statutory authority of FAR 6.302 1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Description of Requirement: VHSO currently utilizes ScriptPro automation and workflow technology across two pharmacy locations and three CBOC pharmacist operations. This includes outpatient dispensing robots, data interface terminals, kiosk queueing systems, signature-capture systems, and inpatient remote viewing equipment. All existing hardware and software operate on Windows 10, which reached end-of-life on October 14, 2025, and no longer receives security updates, creating a risk of noncompliance with VA cybersecurity requirements and potential removal from the VA network. The required upgrades include: 50 workstations 27 label printers 8 ScriptPro robot CPUs 12 notice board CPUs 6 kiosk CPUs 2 ScriptPro platform servers 1 16 software components 70 uninstall procedures Installation across 6 VHSO sites Up to 60 months of support services Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice. An authorized distributor/provider letter is required. If an authorized distributor/provider letter is not provided, your response will not be taken into consideration.
