The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through Network Contracting Office 1, is seeking a contractor to provide Ambulatory Electroencephalogram (aEEG) Technical Services for its National TeleEEG and TeleEpilepsy program. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1), Contracting Officer (90C) - Products/Services Requested: - Ambulatory EEG (aEEG) technical services for studies performed in veterans' homes or government-approved locations - Study durations: 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour - With and without synchronized video - Includes provision of qualified technical personnel, supervision, scheduling, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, tools, travel, documentation, secure information handling, and a proprietary cloud-based interoperable platform for storing and accessing EEG studies - Neurologist professional services for study reads will be provided by VA clinicians (not the contractor) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide a secure, proprietary, cloud-based platform for EEG data storage and access - Services must be available within a 200-mile radius of five specified VA Medical Centers - Studies are to be performed in veterans' homes or other government-approved locations - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Northport VA Medical Center (NY) - Baltimore VAMC (MD) - Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center (FL) - John D Dingell VA Medical Center (MI) - Aleda E Lutz VA Medical Center (MI) - Period of Performance: - One base year (12 months) with four 12-month option years (total potential duration: five years)
