The U.S. Air Force at Travis Air Force Base is seeking contractor support for the maintenance and repair of dormitory washers and dryers. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Mobility Command, 60th Contracting Squadron (FA4427 60 CONS LGC) - Dorm Management Office (Building 1348), Travis Air Force Base, California - OEMs and Vendors: - Speed Queen - Whirlpool - LG - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and repair services for approximately 146 washers and 157 dryers in dormitory buildings - Washers: Speed Queen Top Load, Whirlpool Top Load, LG Front Load, and other commercial models - Dryers: Speed Queen Electric and Gas, Whirlpool Gas Stack, LG Electric, and other commercial models - Services include: - Quarterly, annual, and on-call preventive maintenance - Replacement of connection hoses and fittings - Response to repair calls within 3 duty days - Submission of service reports within 5 duty days after service - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must comply with base security, safety, and environmental requirements - Service must be performed during normal duty hours (0700-1600, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) - All work is to be performed at Travis Air Force Base dormitory facilities

Description

Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for Dorm Washers and Dryers Maintenance and Repair Services. This is for a potential 5-year contract that includes quarterly, annual and on-call preventive maintenance. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full details of the requirement.

The Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposal and will not accept unsolicited proposals.  Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI. Not responding to the RFI, does not preclude participation in any further RFQ, if issued.
