The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to provide comprehensive voice and data cabling services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System and its associated clinics across Central Florida. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8), Orlando VA Healthcare System - Scope of Work: - Installation, removal, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and certification of cabling infrastructure - Cabling types include copper (CAT6A, CAT6, CAT5E), fiber-optic (OM1, OM3, OM4, OM5, OS1, OS2), coaxial (RG6, RG11), audio/video, and security/access control cabling - Includes patch panels, conduit installation, fire stopping, and emergency service calls - Key Products/Line Items: - 50 new CAT6A cable drops (part 0001AA) - 20 expansions of existing cable drops (0001AB) - 27 repairs/recertifications of CAT6A drops (0001AC) - 5 48-port Category 6 patch panels (0003AA) - Multiple types of fiber optic cable installations (OM1, OM3, OM4, OM5, OS1, OS2) - 12 new RG6 and 12 new RG11 coaxial cable drops - Emergency service calls (20 per year, 0009AA) - Notable Requirements: - Contract is set aside for SDVOSBs - Work covers main campus and multiple outpatient clinics and leased facilities - All work must comply with the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; products are specified by type and standard - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four one-year option periods (total up to five years) - Locations: - Orlando VA Healthcare System main campus and 11 additional VA clinics and facilities throughout Central Florida, including Orlando, Tavares, Kissimmee, Clermont, Deltona, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Viera, and Palm Bay

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHS) is soliciting quotations from contractors to provide Data and Voice cabling services for the Orlando VA main campus and its Outpatient Clinics. The Government will award a contract with a planned period of performance of a 5 year ordering period. The solicitation will be publicized as 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 238210 and the small business size standard of $19M is applicable.
