La Société de développement de la Baie-James sollicite des offres pour un mandat de services professionnels en génie civil et du bâtiment. Le projet comprend l'élaboration d'un programme quinquennal de maintien d'actifs pour la route Billy-Diamond et le chemin de Chisasibi, incluant la réhabilitation de ponceaux, chaussée, glissières, et la reconstruction des bâtiments des centres de services.
