Description

McGill University is seeking a single supplier to provide technical support for its HPE/Aruba wireless networking infrastructure. The contract includes annual maintenance for 2026-2027 of HPE/Aruba software and hardware, operation of the solution, assistance with hardware returns (RMA) in batches, and immediate incident escalation to the HPE/Aruba technical assistance center (TAC). The contract duration is 12 months. Suppliers must have a place of business in Québec or applicable territories and provide a valid fiscal certificate from Revenu Québec.
