The Bureau of Prisons at MSTC Glynco is seeking quotes for a comprehensive supply of less lethal and tactical equipment to support training and operational needs. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice, Federal Prison System / Bureau of Prisons, MSTC Glynco - Location: 1131 Chapel Crossing Road Bldg 21, Glynco, Georgia - Products Requested: - Wide range of less lethal munitions and tactical items, including: - Cartridges (foam baton, rubber ball, marking rounds, smoke, CS, bean bag, fin stabilized rubber sabot, rubber pellet) - Grenades (flash bang, smoke, OC vapor, sting ball, flameless expulsion) - MK-46 rapid recharge cylinders and nitrogen refill cartridges - Level 3 Stream MK-20, OCV aerosol pepper spray, reload kits, and 40mm inserts - Quantities range from single units to 1,000 units per item - All items specified by part number (e.g., 4090-50, 4551, 7290M, 6340) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Some part numbers (e.g., CTS) suggest products from Combined Tactical Systems, a known manufacturer in this space - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must submit electronic quotes with price, DUNS number, and SAM registration - Quotes must include expiration date and best delivery schedule - All products must be printed or labeled as specified - Place of Performance: - MSTC Glynco, Glynco, Georgia (federal facility) - Period of Performance: - Not specified in the solicitation or attachments

All quotes need to be submitted electronically for specific Less Lethal Munitions on company letterhead stationery to the Point of Contact identified in Contract Opportunities combined synopsis/solicitation announcement by the date and time indicated. 

As part of your quote submission, you are required to include price information, DUNS number.  You are responsible for submitting your quote at the time specified. Late submissions will not be accepted.  

The vendor must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submittal to be considered for award.  Please provide the quote expiration date and best delivery schedule if awarded the contract.

All questions submitted for this solicitation must be electronically sent to the following email address: j1moreno@bop.gov   Questions received after the expiration date may be addressed at the discretion of the Contract Officer. 

Solicitations are due on 05/26/2026 at 10:00 AM EST. NO EXTRA TIME WILL BE GIVEN.  Be advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
