The St. Mary’s County Health Department Local Behavioral Health Authority (SMCHD LBHA) is issuing this RFP 27-02 to contract with a qualified provider or provider(s) to deliver an In-Home Intervention Program for Children to St. Mary’s County, Charles County, and Calvert County (Local LBHA Units).
