The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive food services for the Vault Cafe and manage vending machines at its Main Treasury and Freedman's Bank buildings in Washington, DC. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of the Treasury, Main Treasury building - Products and Services Requested: - Food service operations at the Vault Cafe, including fresh, healthy, locally grown, and organic food options - Barista services with a range of espresso-based beverages - Management and stocking of 6 vending machines (4 at Main Treasury, 2 at Freedman's Bank) with healthy snacks and beverages - Provision and maintenance of a Point of Sale (POS) system supporting credit/debit cards, online and kiosk ordering, PCI-DSS compliance, and Section 508 accessibility - Cleaning and janitorial services for all food service and vending areas - Quality control, reporting, and compliance with FDA, USDA, and sustainability standards - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All food offerings must meet FDA and USDA standards, with an emphasis on sustainability and healthy options - Contractor must maintain high customer satisfaction and operational performance metrics - POS system must be accessible and compliant with federal security and accessibility standards - Quality control plans and regular reporting are required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Main Treasury building (Vault Cafe), 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC - Freedman's Bank Building, Washington, DC
