The Department of Energy, through its contractor UT-Battelle at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), is seeking information from qualified suppliers for a specialized Ion Source High Voltage Cabinet to support a DOE-funded R&D program at ORNL. - Government Buyer: - Department of Energy (DOE) - Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), managed by UT-Battelle, LLC - Product Requested: - Ion Source High Voltage Cabinet (quantity: 1) - Comprises two integrated modular cabinets: Ion Source Cabinet and High Voltage Platform - Stainless steel frame construction with AC power distribution, control electronics, pneumatic, chilled water, and toxic/hazardous gas handling equipment - High voltage platform biased at 50 kVDC, 208 VAC 3-phase electrical distribution via isolation transformers - Fabrication includes support frames, decking, access panels, and use of commercially procured components - Must meet UL508A and NEC standards with NRTL certification - Notable Requirements: - Supplier must have experience with high voltage electrical enclosures, stainless steel welding, tubing, and export-controlled information - Fabrication and assembly must comply with UL508A, NEC, and NRTL certification standards - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the solicitation - Delivery is to Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, Tennessee
