The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), under the U.S. Navy and NAVSEA, is seeking a contractor to overhaul one CVN-77 Propeller Cap. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Code 427 - Shafting, Surface Ship Propellers, and Waterjets - Products/Services Requested: - Overhaul services for one CVN-77 Propeller Cap, including cleaning, inspection, repair, preservation, and crating - Submission of technical and inventory reports (CDRLs A001 to A005): - Monthly contract status reports - Pre- and post-repair inspection reports - Periodic and final government property inventory reports - Requests for variance - Key Requirements: - Work must be performed at the contractor's facility - Qualified propeller inspectors and certified welders per NAVSEA standards are required - Strict government property management and cybersecurity compliance (CMMC Level 2) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Delivery and Performance Locations: - Delivery to NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VA - Work performed for NSWC Philadelphia Division - Period of Performance: - 12 months from contract award

Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) announces a requirement for propeller cap services, to be awarded through full and open competition. Detailed requirements are provided in the Statement of Work (SOW) located in Section C of the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Prospective offerors should review Section L (Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors) and Section M (Evaluation Factors for Award) for specific submission and selection criteria.
