Description
Request for Quote (RFQ) for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) in support of a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant (CCPP). The Government contemplates award of multiple firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts from this solicitation. The ordering period under each IDIQ contract will be approximately five (5) months or an aggregate not-to-exceed value of $8,950,000 for all contracts, whichever comes first. One Offeror will be awarded a “seed project” delivery order which will fulfill their minimum guarantee and will be issued concurrently with the award of the basic IDIQ contract. The “seed project” for this solicitation will be for two LNG deliveries to NSGB (e.g. 26-29 May 2026 and 15-18 June 2026 unless modified). All other multiple award contact awardees will receive an order for the $500.00 minimum guarantee issued concurrently with the award of the IDIQ basic contract(s).
