The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO20), is seeking a contractor to provide neurovascular coil implant products and surgical kits for the Portland VA Medical Center (VHAPORHCS) Interventional Radiology Lab. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO20) - Portland VA Medical Center (VHAPORHCS), Interventional Radiology Lab - Products/Services Requested: - Neurovascular coil implant products and associated surgical kits - Approximately 40 coils per ordering period, over five ordering periods (total estimated 200 coils) - Consignment contract: initial and replenishment stock to be maintained on-site - Inventory management, including quarterly physical inventory and removal of expired items - Replacement of defective or expired products at no cost, with delivery of replacements within two business days - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Consignment model: contractor maintains inventory at VA facility - Rapid replenishment (within two business days) - No cost for replacement of defective or expired items - Quarterly inventory checks and removal of expired stock - Contract can be terminated with 30 days' notice, requiring removal of unused stock - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Portland VA Medical Center (VHAPORHCS) Interventional Radiology Lab, Building 100, Room 2D-118, 3710 U.S. Veterans Hospital Rd., Portland, OR 97239

Description

This is a Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO20) Requirements Contract Coil implant products, associated items and surgical kits, where the Contractor shall furnish and deliver an initial and replenishment stock of coils to be consigned at the Portland VA Medical Center (VHAPORHCS) and used by VA Clinicians when deemed necessary for surgical procedures.
