The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker Air Force Base is seeking to acquire three commercial Ozone Carts for aircraft maintenance operations. - Government Buyer: - Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center (FA8125 AFSC PZIMA) - Products/Services Requested: - Three commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Ozone Carts - Must operate on 110 VAC/15 amps with a standard NEMA 5-15 plug - Minimum ozone concentration: 3.5 ppm - 100 ft retractable power cord - On/off valves on both inlet and outlet hoses - Input/output pressure gauges (max 100 psi) - Inlet hose: 5/8-inch diameter, at least 15 ft, 3/4-inch female coupler for potable water - Outlet hose: 50 ft, 5/8-inch diameter, upstream/downstream shutoff valves, 3/4-inch female long grip coupler for aircraft hookup - Ozone gas output: 40–70 grams per hour - Trailer-mounted design - Supports supply water flow: 3.5–32 gpm at 10–100 psi - Includes warranty, maintenance manual, and training for up to three personnel - Training for up to three personnel on use and maintenance of the ozone carts - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All technical specifications must be met for compatibility with Air Force operations - Warranty and maintenance manual required - On-site training for designated personnel - Small business set-aside under NAICS 333310 - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Place of performance and delivery: Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITIATION NOTICE. THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER DATE
The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply:
The AMXG group is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of Ozone Carts.
The requested equipment specifications are outlined below.
Ozone Carts with the following requirements.
a. Quantity: Three (3) Each
• Shall be a Commercial off the shelf (COTS) item
• Power shall be 110 VAC/15 amps
• Shall provide minimum ozone concentration of 3.5 ppm
• Plug shall be standard NEMA 5-15 configuration
• Power cord shall be 100 ft with retractable cord wheel
• Shall include on/off valve on inlet hose
• Shall include on/off valve on outlet hose
• Shall include input/output pressure gauge max 100 psi
• Inlet hose shall satisfy the following conditions:
o Shall be 5/8-inch diameter
o Shall be a minimum length of 15 ft
o Shall include ¾ inch female coupler for potable water service cart hookup
• Outlet hose shall satisfy the following conditions:
o Shall be 50 ft length and 5/8-inch diameter
o Shall include downstream and upstream shutoff valve
o Shall include ¾ inch female long grip coupler for aircraft hookup
• Ozone Gas Output shall be between 40 gr/hr to 70 gr/hr.
• Ozone Cart shall be mounted on a trailer with wheels
• Supply Water shall be 3.5 – 32 gpm at 10 – 100 psi
• Shall include warranty
• Shall include at least 1ea. maintenance manual
• Shall include training for a maximum of three (3) designated personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the three (3) ozone car
A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
Estimated Period of Performance: 90 Days ARO
This is a small business set-aside
