The State of Montana, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is soliciting bids for all services necessary to complete a three-phase study and facilitation process analyzing options for the creation, administration, and implementation of a Prescribed Fire Claims Fund for Certified Prescribed Fire Managers (CPFM) as directed by House Bill 84. The work includes research, stakeholder engagement, analysis, modeling, and development of recommendations and reports.
