Description
The Embassy of the United States in Tunis, Tunisia, will release a solicitation for the design, fabrication and installation of a Freedom 250 historical timeline museum exhibition.
Please note the solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date, the Embassy of the United States in Tunis, Tunisia will launch this solicitation on the SAM.GOV website when it is available.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered (Best Value). The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest-priced offeror if a higher-priced offer provides superior value that merits the additional cost.
Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5)(ii), the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S. Government that offerors be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov at the time of submitting a proposal.
