The project involves furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, permits, testing, and incidentals necessary for the complete replacement of the existing on-site sewage management system serving the Lake Laurel Lodge and Caretaker's Cottage. The work includes abandonment of the existing septic and sand filtration system, installation of new gravity sanitary sewer piping, lift station, force main, valve vault, septic tank, distribution system, and absorption field, as well as testing, start-up, commissioning, and site restoration.
