NIST is seeking to procure two advanced scientific CMOS cameras for high-sensitivity, high-speed absorption tomography applications. - Government Buyer: - Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), MML/646 lab - Products/Services Requested: - 2 scientific CMOS cameras - Must be new (no prototypes or refurbished units) - Back-illuminated sensor, sensor size ≥14 mm x 14 mm - Pixel format ≥2500 x 2500 pixels - Quantum efficiency thresholds at 200-700 nm - Global shutter - Frame readout rates ≥50 fps at 16 bits and ≥100 fps at 12 bits - Full well capacity ≥7,000 electrons - Sensor readout noise ≤2 electrons RMS - Dark current ≤0.2 electrons/pixel/second at 10°C - Minimum operating temperature ≤-10°C - C-mount optical mount - Accessories: frame grabber and refrigerated chiller - Includes warranty and cybersecurity requirements - 1 line item for transportation-related charges (Not to Exceed) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be delivered new, in original packaging, with documentation - Delivery required within 12 weeks after order - FOB Destination to NIST Gaithersburg, MD - No prototypes or refurbished equipment accepted - Must meet all detailed technical specifications in the Statement of Work - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror
