Description

The project is located at the City of Jacksonville Beach and involves improvements at one City lift station, Lift Station 13 (LS-13), located on the east side of Fairway Lane. The scope includes rehabilitation of the existing duplex lift station with temporary bypassing operations, demolition of equipment and structures, installation of new pumps, piping, valves, pump control panel, telemetry and SCADA equipment, site lighting, new hose bibb station and water service, specialty coating system for the wet well, new concrete slab, fencing, and restoration. The contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, tools, services, unloading, storing, installing, maintaining materials and equipment, repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements, and restoration due to damages during construction. Bidders must demonstrate qualifications, financial status, experience, references, and the ability to perform at least 30% of the work with their own labor force.
