Description

The Agency is seeking a qualified Vendor to support a process‑improvement initiative aimed at optimizing staff capacity, accuracy, and efficiency through the effective use of Region‑approved AI tools. The Vendor will work collaboratively with Development Services to validate current workflow improvements, design and refine AI prompts, integrate AI‑enabled processes into existing workflows, and train staff to independently operate and maintain these tools.
